dding subsequent search terms
Enter the following line in Internet Explorer:
Enter the user name and password to access the administration area (error archive).
Now enter
(archiviofile)=XXX=YYY
in the search field and press .
You have now subsequently added the
search termYYY
to the archived
file XXX
.
XXX
is the original file name and
YYY
is the desired search term.
Example:
(archiviofile)=BvL1_2455245_2VA0CBBZI_2VA0CBBZJ=Invoice
The
original file names
can be found in the URL line when viewing the original file in the archive. Everything that is found
after the last question mark
in the URL is the original file name of the archived file.
Example URL:
? BvL1_2455245_2VA0CBBZI_2VA0CBBZJ

You have now subsequently added the search termYYY to the archived file XXX.

is the original file name without file extension and
YYY
is the one desired search term (without blank).

You can remove one or all of the search terms for a file. This process will make the search terms unrecognisable. You
require a special password to complete this process that you need to set up (see below) and which should be kept highly
confidential. Anybody who knows this special password can make one or all of the search terms unrecognisable for ever.
Enter the following line in Internet Explorer:
Enter the user name and password to access the administration archive (error archive).
Now enter one of the two following lines in the search field and press .
(Archiviofile!PPP=xxx=yyy
You have now made the search termYYY unrecognisable for file XXX.
!Archiviofile!PPP=xxx=
You have now made all search terms unrecognisable for file XXX.
PPP
is the special password that you have set up for this function. Only those people who know this password are able to
make search terms unrecognisable.
XXX
is the original file name and
YYY
is the desired search term.
Example:
(Archiviofile!secure=BvL1_2455245_2VA0CBBZI_2VA0CBBZJ=Ralph
Enter the following line in Internet Explorer:
Enter the user name and password to access the administration archive (error archive).
Now enter the following lines in the search field and press .
!BvLix!/PPP1/PPP2
PPP1
= old password or default password (BvLArchivio-Berlin)
PPP2
= your new password
You can only issue a new password if you already know the old password.
