You want to delete all of the entries for a certain archive that relate to one user or workstation – irrespective of whether a
predefined time period has been entered, authorized search terms have been set,or have been added in combination with
forbidden search terms. You can completely cancel everything with just one command.
Enter the following line in Internet Explorer:
Enter the user name and password to access the administration area (error archive).
Enter the desired line in the search field and press .
abc
stands for the IP address of the workstation or the user name.

Unblocking a command will only become valid the next day. The
system carries out a diverse range of control and administration
tasks between 00:00 and 03:00 – this includes the processing of
any cancellation commands.

This instruction tells the system that for user abc in Archivio 1, only the time period between January 1, 2008 and
December 31, 2008 is authorized, all other time periods are forbidden. The date the document was archived is the valid
date. Only the first entry is valid, even if multiple entries for this workstation or user are present.

Keyword for HTTP archiving in an archive
Enter the following line in the Internet browser:
Enter the user name and password to access the administration area (error archive).
Now enter
Archivio1-http-08002852255-xyz
in the search field and press .
HTTP archiving in Archivio 1 is only possible when the password (keyword) xyz is added in addition to the search terms.
Define your own keyword and replace xyz with your own password.
Keyword for FTP archiving
Enter the following line in the Internet browser:
Enter the user name and password to access the administration area (error archive).
Now enter
Archivio-ftp-08002852255-oma
in the search field and press .
FTP archiving is only possible when the password (keyword) oma is added in addition to the search terms
(only valid for scanner archiving / text recognition).
