Simply decide which users or which workstations are authorized to enter the search terms or time periods you have de-
fined. In the event of a tax audit, you can enter the search terms and time periods that the tax auditors are authorized to
enter (test) as part of their audit. Enter the following line in Internet Explorer:

Enter the user name and password to access the administration area (error archive).
Enter the desired command (see below) and press , the system will answer with a log entry.

first set of brackets
(A1) defines the archive / department for the desired measure.
The
second set of brackets
(B2) defines whether the command should be applied or canceled.
The
third set of brackets
(C3) defines the position in the search field that the measure is valid.
The
fourth set of brackets
(D4) defines the user or workstation (controlledby the IP address) for the desiredmeasure.
The
fifth set of brackets
(E5) defines the desired search term.
Example

This command forces
user abc in archive 4
to enter the search term
APinvoice
first and then BvL as the second search
term. If “APinvoice” and “
BvL
” are not entered as the first and second search terms in the search field for Archivio 4 then
the search query will be rejected. The search terms for all other positions (search terms 3–7) can be freely selected. The
user is required to use these search terms in both of these positions and cannot enter a search using only one of these
search terms.
Below are some examples for the user abc in Archivio 4:
